Kapda Kissa Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kapda Kissa. Please read the following policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.


1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Once you place an order, you may request to cancel it within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed/shipped and cannot be cancelled.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately via email at support@kapdakissa.in with your order number and cancellation request.


2. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchange of products.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and labels intact.


3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at support@kapdakissa.in with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the reason for exchange.

  • After we approve your exchange request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to verify condition), we will send the replacement item.


4. Conditions & Limitations

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear-and-tear, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Sale items, clearance items, custom or personalized products may not be eligible for exchange (unless defective).


5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kapda Kissa will bear the cost of return shipping and reshipping.

  • In all other cases (size/color change, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Timing for Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it, we will dispatch the exchange within 3-5 business days (or sooner).

  • Delivery time of the new item depends on your location and shipping partner.
