Kapda Kissa Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kapda Kissa. Please read the following policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation of Orders
Once you place an order, you may request to cancel it within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed/shipped and cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately via email at support@kapdakissa.in with your order number and cancellation request.
2. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchange of products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and labels intact.
3. How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@kapdakissa.in with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the reason for exchange.
After we approve your exchange request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to verify condition), we will send the replacement item.
4. Conditions & Limitations
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear-and-tear, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping will not be eligible for exchange.
Sale items, clearance items, custom or personalized products may not be eligible for exchange (unless defective).
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kapda Kissa will bear the cost of return shipping and reshipping.
In all other cases (size/color change, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Timing for Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and verify it, we will dispatch the exchange within 3-5 business days (or sooner).
Delivery time of the new item depends on your location and shipping partner.
